From main station/Hauptbahnhof

  • Bus 142 (direction S Ostbahnhof) 3 stops to “Philippstr.“, then 3-minute walk (approx. 10 minutes overall)
  • S-Bahn (suburban trains), take any line in Eastern direction to “Friedrichstraße“ (1 stop), continue on subway U6 to “Oranienburger Tor“ (1 stop), or with tramway M1 or tramway 12 to “Oranienburger Tor“ (1 stop), then 3-minute walk (approx. 20 minutes overall)

Schönefeld (SFX)

  • Regional train RE7 (direction Dessau) or regional train RB14 (direction Nauen) to “Friedrichstraße“ continue with subway U6 (direction Alt-Tegel) to “Oranienburger Tor“, then 3-minute walk (approx. 40 minutes overall)

Walk to Suburban train station “S Messe Nord ICC“, take the S-Bahn (circle line) in North- Eastern direction to “S+U Wedding“, continue with subway U6 (direction Alt-Mariendorf) to “Oranienburger Tor“, 3-minute walk (approx. 30 minutes overall).

Tickets


For all routes described above: buy single ticket “Berlin AB“. However, from Airport Schönefeld, take single ticket “Berlin ABC”. The tickets entitle you to travel with any number of changes towards your destination via a direct travel route (no detours allowed). Tickets are valid for two hours.

S-Bahn/U-Bahn: Ticket buying machines are available on subway platforms (U-Bahn) and suburban train platforms (S-Bahn). Before boarding the train, you must validate your ticket by inserting them into the punching device. No ticket machines inside the subway trains or suburban trains!

Tramway: ticket machines are available inside the tram (no banknotes accepted). When bought on trams, tickets are pre-validated.

Bus: purchase ticket from the driver, tickets are pre-validated.
